When the first episode of Hannah Montana premiered in March of 2006, the show was an instant hit. But that was only the beginning. I don't think anyone realized just how big the show was going to get. Looking at earlier Hannah Montana pictures, when Miley Cyrus was just starting out, she looks so young and little girlish -- oh how fast kids grow up, especially TV kids. Now, only four years later, little Miley will enter adulthood with a hugely successful TV show, several albums, and a couple of blockbuster movies, Hannah Montana the Movie and The Last Song, already behind her.
Miley has already made the transition from Disney teen celeb to all grown up, and the last season of Hannah Montana, the beginning of the end for the show, starts this Sunday, July 11 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) with the episode "Sweet Home Hannah Montana." The last season has its own unique title, Hannah Montana Forever, and follows the Stewart family as they move into their new Malibu ranch and Miley enters her Senior year of high school. On the show, Miley Stewart has some big decisions ahead of her, but in real life, Miley Cyrus has already moved on.
