Fans of the hit ABC television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will have a chance to join in and make a difference as the show comes to Central Florida’s Brevard county to make a difference in the life of a family in need. While the family hasn’t been revealed yet, there is a public rally scheduled for Monday January 3rd, 7pm at the Kennedy Space Center. Visitors who arrive after six will get free parking and admission.
The rally will feature some behind the scenes secrets from the EM:HE production, EMHE Senior Producer Milan Vasic, and the team from Lifestyle Homes. Check out the website set up by Lifestyle Homes of Melbourne, which is leading the week long extreme construction, for more details on the rally and for other skills and materials they need donated to make the build a success. They’re planning to build a ‘Net-Zero’ home that draws all its energy needs from photovoltaic cells.
