The family of Dawn Brancheau, the Killer Whale trainer tragically killed at SeaWorld Orlando earlier this year, has started a foundation in her memory. The Dawn Brancheau Foundation, as you might expect, supports the things that Brancheau was involved in in her life, organizations like Make-A-Wish, SPCTA, and other community organizations. In their short existence, they were officially established on Oct 14th, they have organized volunteer efforts at Give Kid The World and funded a soccer field in the Congo. They are looking to build a network of individuals committed to Dawn’s vision and to making a difference in the lives of others.
